McCormick's Fish House and Bar, which has established itself as "Denver's Best Seafood Restaurant” features a daily changing menu of fresh fish with seafood flown in daily. Serving Denver for over 20 years, McCormick’s menu varies to include seafood and succulent steaks. Our wood-paneled main dining room gives the customer a view of the unique blending of historic and contemporary times. The bar serves the best happy hour fare in town.  McCormick’s is the exclusive caterers for The Oxford Hotel. McCormick’s is open for lunch between 11:00am-4:00pm and dinner from 5:00pm-10:00pm and until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights. The Bar opens at 7:00am for breakfast and remains open until last call.

The Oxford Hotel offers a variety of rooms perfect for your corporate meeting or social event  needs. We can accommodate small board meetings to large groups in downtown Denver from 6 to 250 guests.
