Our Luxurious Meeting Rooms in Downtown Denver

The Grand Ballroom

A spacious room is 3,000 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows touting views of Union Station, 15' ceilings and hardwood floors. Plan your next meeting, party or dinner in downtown Denver in our largest room that accommodates 200 people for a seated event or 250 reception style. Pre-function space is approximately 900 square feet.

The Oxford Theatre

In our luxury downtown Denver hotel, the Oxford Theatre features a large balcony with stairs on both sides and wrought iron railings. This unique room, once the Carriage House for the hotel, is decorated in warm colors with the iron gate from the original carriage house mounted to the wall. This room has 15’ ceilings and is carpeted, but a dance floor can be easily added. Book your next meeting, reception, dinner or party in the Theater. Lower level is approximately 1,900 square feet and mezzanine level is approximately 950 square feet.  This room can accommodate up to 120 people seated or 150 people cocktail reception style. 

The Sage Room

Located just off the lobby, the Sage Room echoes the Victorian decor of the lobby in our historic hotel in downtown Denver with wainscoting, scroll work from the original designs on the ceiling and extra large windows creating a bright, airy room with natural light. The room features 15’ ceilings and can accommodate up to 90 people seated or 100 people for a cocktail reception.

The Hamilton Room

The perfect setting for up to 20 attendees for break-out rooms and meetings in downtown Denver. Large windows offer natural lighting and each room has a built-in white board. The Hamilton and BrooksRooms are adjacent to one another.

The Brooks Room

Very similar to the Hamilton Room, ideal for up to 20 attendees for break-out rooms and meetings in downtown Denver. Large windows offer natural lighting and each room has a built-in white board. The Brooks and Hamilton Rooms are adjacent to one another.

The Board Room

This executive board room is easily accessible from the lobby and is located on the mezzanine level of the hotel. This room will seat up to 10 attendees. This is the perfect room for your next board meeting, sales meeting, private meal or corporate retreat in downtown Denver.
