Megan Ring - I began teaching fitness classes in San Diego in 1989. Tamilee Webb of Buns of Steel fame was my instructor and I was fortunate to travel with her for several years training instructors. I landed at the Oxford Club in October of 1998 when I would bring my six month old to class with me. My six month old is now 17 and now does my classes. As long as my classes enjoy stepping, we will go "up, up, down, down."; It has been great to add Tabata into the mix.
