How many rooms are at The Oxford Hotel?
The Oxford has 80 unique, classic rooms and is located in the heart of downtown Denver.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.
What do I need to check-in?
All guests checking-in will need a credit card and a valid form of ID.
Where do I check-in?
You can check-in at the front desk of The Oxford Hotel located at 1600 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received by 4:00pm MST 2 days (48 hours) prior to your arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax.
I need to make changes to my reservation. Who should I contact?
If you made your reservation through a third party (Expedia, Hotel Tonight, etc.) you will need to contact the booking agent/website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked through The Oxford Hotel's website or made your reservation by calling the hotel, please contact a reservation’s agent at 866.298.9549.
Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?
Yes, we do have ADA accommodations. To reserve an ADA compliant room, please email [email protected] or call 800.228.5838 to book direct.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
The Oxford Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500 fee will be applied if smoking is detected.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes! The Oxford Hotel would love to welcome your dog. There is a one-time $50 pet clean-up fee. Unfortunately, your other furry friends will have to stay home, as we currently only allow dogs up to 60 pounds. These restrictions do not apply to service animals.

I’m coming from Denver International Airport, what is the best way to get to the hotel?
We are located only a block away from Denver Union Station, which has a direct light-rail line to the airport. Guests can take the University of Colorado A Line to and from Denver International Airport. If you are driving you can find directions here. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also reliable modes of transportation to the hotel.

We provide valet parking at the front entrance of The Oxford Hotel. Overnight parking is $62 per vehicle.

THE ART OF MASSAGE
Our massage therapies are designed to reduce muscle tension, alleviate stress, increase circulation, and provide overall health and well-being. A consultation will be performed with your provider to address your specific areas of concern.
Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a preference, please specify at the time of booking.
Moms to Be, we do require that you are past your first trimester to receive a pre-natal massage. We do not recommend hot stones, body treatments, or baths during pregnancy. Our team will guide you in choosing the best treatments for you.
The Oxford Customized Massage
A customizable, full-body massage that incorporates elements of both Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. Whether you like long flowing strokes designed to promote relaxation, firm pressure & slow strokes used to address chronic muscle tension, or a combination of the two, you will work with your therapist to determine pressure and technique for optimal results.

This treatment involves the use of smooth basalt rocks placed at strategic points or used to gently massage target muscles. Stones can be either warm or cool and the mineral properties of the stones help melt away tension and relieve sore muscles.

Gilded Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is the application of pressure point manipulation, to the feet and sometimes hands. It is believed to be that your feet and your hands are a mirror image of the body and by applying pressure corresponding body parts will benefit, specifically our internal organs. This treatment deeply relaxes and balances the nervous system. Not recommended for individuals who are pregnant.

Our spa offers a range of luxurious amenities, including steam rooms, showers, and secure lockers. Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort.
Planning Your Visit
- We encourage guests to leave valuables at home. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- To maintain a peaceful environment, please store cell phones and mobile devices away during your visit.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy our amenities.
- Kindly inform us of any medical conditions prior to your appointment and let us know if you have a therapist preference.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment(s) we require a 24-hour notice or 48-hour notice for online bookings, or we will charge you the full value of your treatment(s). If you are running late, please reach out to us at 303.628.5435. If we can adjust your appointment we will, otherwise your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment so the next guest may begin on time. A credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your services.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 16 years of age to enjoy the spa services. Ages 16-18 must have a parent or guardian remain in the building during treatments.

Our largest space (the Grand Ballroom) can seat up to 200 people.
