Membership Terms & Policies
The Oxford Club, Spa & Salon (“Club”) has adopted Membership Policies (“Policies”) and rules pertaining to use of the Club, including rules listed herein and rules posted in the Club, (“Rules”) to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment in which to exercise and participate in other Club activities. By signing below you agree to be bound and abide by such Policies and Rules, all of which are a part of your Membership Agreement (“Agreement”). The Club may, in its sole discretion, amend the Policies and Rules from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules.
The following Policies and Rules replace all prior Policies and Rules. If there is any conflict between these Policies and Rules and those posted in the Club, the more stringent Policy or Rule shall apply.
