PREPARING FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

The safety and wellness of our associates and guests is our top priority. We kindly require that all guests wear a mask while visiting the Oxford Club, Spa and Salon.

Please be prepared to have your temperature taken with our non-contact digital forehead thermometer upon entering. If you are feeling sick, live with someone who is sick, or have been exposed to Covid-19 please reach out to us. Cancellation fees will be handled on an individual basis. A credit card is required at time of booking to reserve your services.

PLANNING YOUR FIRST VISIT

We ask that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment time. Robes and slippers are provided for your relaxation, or if you prefer you can change in your treatment room.

We encourage our guests to leave valuables and personal items at home.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS

Monday- Saturday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Sundays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 16 years of age to enjoy the spa and salon. For all guests under the age of 18, please complete the following Minor Release Form with your legal guardian prior to your arrival.

VALET

Valet parking is available at The Oxford Hotel for $12.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel your appointment(s) we require a 24-hour notice, or we will charge you the full value of your treatment(s). If you are running late, please reach out to us. If we can adjust your appointment we will, otherwise your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, so the next guest may begin on time.
