Join us on Thursday, November 7th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm for Bourbon Bar in The Oxford lobby! In addition to having bourbon samples for attendees, we will also have two special guests. The first guest will be typewriter poet, R.R. Noall, who will be creating typewriter poems for attendees in under 2 minutes. The second special guest is local urban winery, Attimo Wines, who will be offering wine samples and educating guests about their innovative winemaking process. This event is free and open to the public.

About Rachel Noall and Typewriter Poetry:
A native of Cleveland, R.R. Noall penned her college essay on her love affair with words. Since then, writing has permeated her career aspirations and pastimes.

Beginning in the summer of 2016, Rachel dedicated herself to writing. Since then, her creative work has been published in books, journals, and on blogs. Rachel writes poetry daily, and is currently pursuing her Master's in Creative Writing at The University of Denver.

R.R. Noall’s version of typewriter poetry becomes an interactive experience for guests. Typewriter poetry is live entertainment for weddings, parties, and events. A guest will approach my table, and choose the paper they'd like their poem to be typed on. Paper comes in a variety of colors, textures, and styles. This allows guests to truly customize their experience. Then, we chat. Sometimes, guests will give me a theme, word, or even show me a picture. At this point, it’s time to write. On the spot, I create a one-of-a-kind poem that your guests get to take home with them as a personalized and unique memento.

About Attimo Wines:
Attimo is all about Italian wine and creating experiences. After years of hands-on experience living in Piedmont, Italy, buying and restoring our Agriturismo, La Casa Gialla, and renting (later buying) rows of Nebbiolo grapes for Barolo, we became friends with the top farmers and winemakers in the region. We worked the vines throughout the seasons, harvesting and crushing grapes, monitoring the critical aging and fermenting process, and finally making wine side-by-side with Italy’s top winemakers. We wanted to bring that taste of Italy back to Colorado.

Through our friendships across the Langhe region of Northern Italy, we tap into amazing wines from the region’s top producers and import them to the U.S. offering exceptional quality at a reasonable price. You can find them at a growing number of fine restaurants and wine shops near you.

Soon, we’ll open our own 7,000-square-foot winery in downtown Denver where we’ll dramatically expand our capacity and capabilities. We’ll offer more top varietals and our own blends from the same world-class Italian sources. It will be a full-fledged winery. Legit in every way. We’ll age and ferment wines in imported European oak barriques, bottis and tonnos, and our experienced winemakers will further finish them. We’ll bottle them ourselves and distribute wines across the land. Wines of exceptional Italian quality at very reasonable prices.
