Megan Ring - I began teaching fitness classes in San Diego in 1989. Tamilee Webb of Buns of Steel fame was my instructor and I was fortunate to travel with her for several years training instructors. I landed at the Oxford Club in October of 1998 when I would bring my six month old to class with me. My six month old is now 17 and now does my classes. As long as my classes enjoy stepping, we will go "up, up, down, down."; It has been great to add Tabata into the mix

Elena Bemis - I am passionate about MOVING! I believe in the transformative power of being physically active not only for fitness but to also learn about what we are capable of. Every day we have the opportunity to prove to ourselves that we can do something we thought we couldn’t – even if it just getting through the gym door for a workout. We learn to “dig deep” and overcome obstacles through our physical bodies. How awesome is that?!?!! I use my degree in Kinesiology and my certification in Hatha Yoga to help students achieve proper alignment, challenge themselves physically, and work through mental blocks that limit our potential. I enjoy teaching a Vinyasa style of yoga, which means moving with breath; when joining my class be prepared to move, be challenged, have fun, and breathe deep!
