"One of the most memorable Florence stories I've personally encountered happened during a PM shift. I checked a guest into Room 320, not thinking much of it since room assignments are typically made earlier in the day. The next morning, the guest came downstairs and told me he had already moved rooms during the night.

My first thought was, "Oh no, there must have been something wrong with the room." When I asked what happened, he told me that in the middle of the night all of the toiletries he had set out on the bathroom sink suddenly fell into the sink. He got up to investigate, didn't find anything unusual, and eventually went back to bed. According to him, after he tucked himself back in, the bed sheets were abruptly pulled off of him.

It was the first time a guest had personally shared a story like that with me, and it's an experience I'll never forget."
